Rob Dolton
Founder and designer

Rob has over 20 years of experience leading

multi-disciplinary design teams across automotive and mobility design for brands such as JLR, Lotus, Geely group and AFRY.

He has a proven track record in aligning design with customer insight and delivering award-winning products and experiences across digiphysical HMI and interior design. A trusted creative leader bridging strategy and execution, balancing bold creative vision with commercial responsibility.

Rob brings a history of HMI design delivery within large OEMs and start-up design teams. He knows how to get the job done: a hands-on creator who can bring multiple departments together to achieve the creative goal.

Ben Guyer
Founder and designer

Ben has over 25 years of experience leading UX, HMI and service design across automotive, fintech and connected products.


He has held senior design roles at AFRY, Transport for London, Moneybox, UBS, Lotus Tech and the BBC, building and leading specialist teams that have taken products from vision to launch. His work spans in-vehicle experience, mobile applications, transactional services and digital platforms, connecting physical and digital touchpoints across some of the UK's most recognised brands.

Ben operates at the point where business meets design, combining hands-on craft with strategic insight and a technical understanding of how products are built and delivered.
